How is the community organised?

As a community we are not just a collection of individuals, we have formed a number of groups, for example dealing with finance, membership, communications and our buildings/estate, through which we collectively run our cohousing community.

We own the freehold of the site through a company limited by guarantee and as members and directors of that company we do the necessary work that entails.
