How does the car pool operate?

Several drivers share the use of a pool of cars, which reduces the overall need for car ownership while widening personal choice of vehicle.

The scheme is open to anyone living here and we aim to maintain a ratio of drivers to cars that ensures that a car can generally be available even at short notice.

We have a separate company through which the members of the scheme operate the pool and manage the vehicles, sharing the administrative work.
