How is the community organised?

As a community we are not just a collection of individuals, we have formed separate entities through which we collectively run our cohousing community.

We own the freehold of the site through a company limited by guarantee and as members and directors of that company we do the necessary work that entails.

We have a separate association through which we coordinate our day-to-day community activities, such as shared meals.
