Why Colchester?

The reason that our cohousing is where it is, in Colchester, is that we chose it above all alternatives with easy travel time to London.

We realised that what suited us best was a site in a city with a wide range of amenities and activities and good access to the coast and countryside. We also wanted a ‘wow-factor’ – something we could fall in love with and found that in Colchester.

Our site, with its Grade II listed Cannock Mill, in the green corridor of the Bourne valley has its own wow-factor. Even more ‘wow’ comes from the stunning design and eco standards of our homes.
