Why have a Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS)?

A SuDS is a way of managing rainwater, and on our site also spring water. Our green roofs, rain gardens, land drains and pond control the flow of water on our development and incidentally gives us lower bills from the water company which would otherwise have to deal with the water runoff.
